Please read the following RxWise Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") carefully and in its entirety. Your use of RxWise in either the web-based or Flash Drive version (the "Service"), acknowledges your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below.
Iatrogen takes your right to privacy seriously and wants you to feel comfortable using our Service. We want you to understand what kinds of information we gather from you, how personally identifiable information (referred to as "Data" below) may be collected, how collected information is used and protected, and how you can control its use. This Privacy Policy applies to the collection and use of information by Iatrogen through the Service but does not apply to information that you may send to us by other means. In addition, this Privacy Policy applies to both the web-based and Flash Drive versions of the Service. If you are using the Flash Drive version of the Service, the information discussed below may be collected from you and used by us as provided in this policy when you register your product or use our website to update your Flash Drive. This Privacy Policy does not apply to other entities that we do not own or control, or persons that are not our employees, agents, or within our control.
Information We Collect
The kinds of information we collect from you will vary, depending on how you use the Service. It is possible to browse our site without submitting any personal information at all. However, our registration process requires you to provide a valid e-mail address, a unique password, your first name, last name, and zip code ("Required Information"). In addition to Required Information, other voluntary submissions you make on this site ("Other Information") may contain information pertaining to your health and treatment by healthcare professionals, as well as, personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your mailing address, phone number, age, and gender, and, as result, may appear on this site. Use of Data
Iatrogen will not use or release any Data provided by you to any third party without your express authorization, except as provided in this Privacy Policy or as may be mandated by law.
We will use your Data to provide you with information you request by using the Service, such as potential adverse drug reaction information. In addition, we may use your Data to customize and improve your user experience on this site. We will make efforts so that your Data will not be provided to third parties (other than our affiliated companies) unless: (A) provided for otherwise in this Privacy Policy; (B) we obtain your consent, such as when you choose to opt-in or opt-out to the sharing of Data; (C) a service provided on our site requires the interaction with or is provided by a third party, by way of example an Application Service Provider; (D) pursuant to legal process or law enforcement requirements; (E) we find that your use of this site violates this Privacy Policy, our Software License, our End-User Agreement, other usage guidelines or as deemed reasonably necessary by us to protect our legal rights and/or property; or (F) this site is purchased by a third party, in which event that third party will be able to use the Data in the manner set forth in this Policy.
We will use your Data to respond to requests you make of us, and from time to time, we may refer to such Data to better understand your needs and how we can improve our website and the Service. We may also use these Data to contact you and/or provide you with general health information (like information on certain health conditions). We may also merge or enhance your Data with information obtained from third parties.
We will use financial information collected from you solely to obtain payment for products and services provided by Iatrogen to you, and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Protection of Data
Iatrogen has implemented a comprehensive program designed to reasonably and appropriately safeguard the privacy and security of all Data, and to prevent unauthorized access to and disclosure of personal health information and other confidential commercial information.
All Data and other information provided by you are held in secure facilities that are monitored and managed by trained personnel. Iatrogen has taken reasonable steps to secure all Data against unauthorized access during the course of collection and transmission of such information. Iatrogen utilizes industry standard firewall, Virtual Private Network (VPN), and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) architecture to protect all data transmissions.
Iatrogen requires all of its employees and business partners to execute agreements that commit them to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy. Access by Iatrogen employees to systems containing Data is controlled through a program of passwords and confidentialized log-on ID's that is monitored by Iatrogen's system administrator. Only those employees with a compelling business reason have access to files and systems containing Data. All Iatrogen employees are educated about the importance of protecting against unauthorized use or disclosure of Data.
Your Right to Access Data
You may request and obtain from Iatrogen a copy of any Data that is contained in Iatrogen's files at the time of your request.
Protecting Your Passwords and ID Numbers
You will be assigned a password and personal identification number to help protect the privacy of your Data and other confidential information. You should take steps to safeguard these passwords and personal identification numbers against unauthorized disclosure and use.
Cookies and Web Beacons
Like many websites, we set and use "cookies" to enhance your user experience, such as retaining your personal settings. Also, companies offering products or services through our website may use their own cookies.
From time to time we contract with third party companies to help us better provide relevant products, services and information to you and to help us effectively measure advertising effectiveness. Some of these companies use cookies and/or web beacons (also known as action tags or single pixel gifs). A web beacon is a transparent image that has been placed on a web page and sends a signal when a user has visited that page. A web beacon does not contain any personal information. No information that is personally identifiable to you is transmitted to the third party using the web beacon. We provide you with the ability to edit the information you provide on our site. You may request cancellation of your user account by contacting us at cancel@RxWise.com. Content or other data you may have provided to us will be purged from our site upon cancellation of your user account.

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes and the effective date of the change on this page. Your continued usage of the website will acknowledge your acceptance of those changes.
No Guarantees
We recognize that you may be concerned about the security of your Data and other information that we collect. We will take reasonable measures that we believe are appropriate to protect your information from loss, misuse, alteration, destruction or dissemination. However, no website can be completely secure and there may be factors beyond our control that may result in disclosure of data. As a consequence, we disclaim any warranties or representations relating to maintenance or nondisclosure of Data.
