It’s easy to enroll in RxWise. First, order your subscription to RxWise by signing up online. If you prefer the portable USB Flash Drive, we’ll ship it to you. If you’d like to use the web-based version, you can obtain your logon and password and begin helping to protect your family immediately. You can use pre-tax dollars to purchase RxWise through your company’s Flexible Spending Account program. In compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) only one person's medical history can be stored on the RxWise Flash Drive, or accessed by a single logon/password on the web-access version.

RxWise is designed to be used with your physicians and pharmacists to check for risks like age and gender, drug-to-medical condition conflicts, and drug-to-drug interactions.

The RxWise software is easy to use. Pull-down windows make it easy to record your medical information to create a history of specific medications you’re taking and conditions for which you are being treated. You may also record your known drug allergies. This important history information is saved by the software, so it’s available when you next use RxWise. And your history is simple to update. Whenever you’re considering taking a new medicine, simply add the drug to the Analyzing window, check that your history information is current, and click Perform RxWise Analysis. Within seconds, a summary of relevant advisories regarding your potential risks will be displayed. For your convenience, you can personally give or email the advisory report to your physician or pharmacist. Helping protect your family from ADRs has never been easier!

If you sign up for the Flash Drive version, we’ll send you a thumb-sized USB Flash containing all of sophisticated, yet easy-to-use risk-assessment software. If you choose the web-accessible version, we’ll email you a temporary Username and PIN to launch the application and then you can create your own personal and secure Username and PIN. You, your physicians, and pharmacists can use either version along with your self-reported medical conditions and medication usage, to check for:
